TIMELINE -- I expect to send the calendars to production between 08/11 and 15/11, to receive them around December 1st, and have them all shipped out by December 10th, so that hopefully they are at your house in time for the new year!
SHIPPING -- I ship from France, internationally. → Please make sure your country isn't suspended by the national postal service before placing your order!
-- FOR US FOLKS! I CAN SHIP TO THE US! Your order will however be declared as a gift and cannot exceed 80 euros in goods value.
TAXES -- Orders placed from outside of the EU may be submitted to import taxes upon reception, which the customer is responsible for paying. No refund will be given if the package is returned to me as 'unclaimed' or 'decline to pay taxes'.
REFUNDS -- I will not be able to offer refunds, once the pre-order period has ended.
RETURNS -- I will not be able to accept returns once the package has reached you.
GROUP ORDERS -- People who reside in the same country are welcome to organise group orders to save on shipping fees! While I cannot oversee the organisation of the group orders, I did setup an editable Google Document where you can indicate your country and contact info, so people can get in touch more easily.
Remember to do so at your own discretion ; this kind of arrangement is amicable, outside of my oversight/field of action, and makes packages harder to keep track of. I would recommend to only order alongside people you trust.
Please just note that the maximum quantity for one single order is 7 calendars ; otherwise it will exceed the 2kg limit for mail shipment and will have to be shipped as a parcel, which is significantly more expensive on my end. For information, one calendar is estimated to weigh around 220-240g
OTHERS --
-- Packages returned to me due to a wrong address will incur additional shipping fees to be sent back.
-- I try my best to pack every order with the utmost care, however some packages might get damaged while being handled by the carrier. I unfortunately cannot afford to refund these, and would recommend getting in touch with the carrier directly to claim a refund.
